DELIVERY

All items are wrapped and posted in white recyclable boxes. 

Postage is automatically calculated by weight when you go through checkout.

All orders are sent via Australia Post.  A Tracking number will be provided for all orders sent via parcel post, once the order is posted.  You will also receive tracking updates from Australia Post.

STD Parcel Post below 500g - $8.00 - Delivery 7-10 days
STD Parcel Post above 500g - $11.95 - Delivery 7-10 days 

Express Post - below 500g - $10.50 - Delivery 1-3 days
Express Post - above 500g - $12.50 - Delivery 1-3 days

*IMPORTANT COVID19 DELIVERY UPDATES*

Australia Post are continuing to experience delays across the country.  Please be patient if your order is delivered later than expected.  Unfortunately, LIttle Girl's Things has no control on late deliveries and cannot be held responsible. All information on your delivery with an approximate delivery date and time, can be found on the Australia Post website.  We can not offer refunds until delivery has been attempted - if, after 15 business days from the date of posting you still have not received your order, we will lodge an inquiry with Australia Post.  If deemed lost in transit, Australia Post will refund us for the order which we will then pass on to you.  Under no exception, will we offer a refund until delivery has been attempted. 

We understand how disappointing and frustrating this maybe, please politely contact us and we will be happy to track your order on your behalf.

 

RETURNS

We will happily refund or replace any item that is received faulty, damaged or was not what you ordered in accordance with Australian Retail Laws. Please contact us within 3 days of receipt of your order.

Please send us an email at littlegirlsthings@gmail.com with photos of the fault or damage. We will confirm if you need to return the faulty or damaged items for inspection.  Once the item has been inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Personalized Orders are non refundable - please make sure your order is correct before completing payment.

 PLEASE NOTE:

Due to hygiene, hair accessories and tutus will not be excepted for refund, only in special circumstances.  Partial refunds may be accepted depending on the circumstance.

Accepted refunds or exchanges must be returned within 14 days from the date of the Return Confirmation Email we send you. Items must be received unused and in the original packaging that you received it.  

ALL REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES REQUIRE TRACKED POSTAGE ARRANGED BY THE CUSTOMER.

 

Once your return has been received, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Order Cancellation

If you change your mind and would like to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours, a restocking fee may apply. 

Personalized Orders will only be cancelled if production has not commenced.

 

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged.

If you would like to exchange your purchase for the same item or something different, please send us an email at littlegirlsthings@gmail.com within 3 days of receipt of your order.

If an exchange has been approved, you will be responsible for return postage.

 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified about your return.
